To my Horizon High School seniors,
Tomorrow, you walk across the stage and begin a brand new chapter in your lives. I truly wish I could be there with each of you to celebrate this moment, because you have been an incredible group of students, and it has been an honor to be your teacher.
As you move forward into college, careers, the military, trade schools, or wherever life takes you, I hope there is one thing you carry with you from my class above all else: the understanding that there is absolutely nothing you cannot accomplish when you learn to think for yourself.
The critical thinking skills we worked on this year were never just about passing a class or memorizing information. They were about giving you the confidence to ask questions, stand firm in your beliefs, seek truth, and make decisions for yourselves instead of allowing others to do your thinking for you.
Faith in yourself, combined with the ability to think independently, is something no one can ever take away from you.
Many of you know how strongly I believe in freedom of thought and the rights of students to stand up for what they believe in. I have always believed that your voices matter, your principles matter, and your futures matter. Never be afraid to stand for truth, defend your convictions respectfully, and think beyond what the world tells you to believe.
I am absolutely confident that every single one of you has the potential to be successful in life. Success will look different for each of you, but I have no doubt that you are capable of achieving incredible things. You are stronger, smarter, and more capable than you probably even realize right now.
I also want to thank all of the supportive parents and families who encouraged and guided you along the way. I know how proud they are of you, and I hope you know that I share that same pride and confidence in who you are becoming.
Congratulations, Class of 2026. Never stop learning, never stop questioning, and never stop believing in yourselves.
I’m proud of all of you.
Mr. Loggans

Thank you to everyone who has supported Quiet Courage in the Classroom. I’m incredibly grateful to share that the book has now sold over 1,000 copies.
What began as one teacher’s story has become part of a much larger conversation about education, courage, conviction, and the future of America’s youth.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting these important conversations. @INDIO_RADIO@DanaLoeschRadio@DrChaseSpears@KristineP25@EngelJones
This is so ridiculous! FEA is trying to blame the department of education for failing public schools. If we could get rid of the corrupt teachers unions and stop protecting bad teachers, the quality of public school education would greatly improve.

@Sassafrass_84 Because of this kind of pettiness, Byron Donalds will be our next governor, who will pretty much undo all of the good that DeSantis did for us.
This is a huge win for Florida teachers. I’ve been complaining about this for years, how the unions hold up our money while telling us they are fighting for us. We need to defund these corrupt unions. Then all we have to worry about are the corrupt school districts.
🚨BREAKING: Governor Ron DeSantis just signed a major bill to hold teachers’ unions accountable in Florida!🚨
No more automatic power. Unions now need 50% of members voting in support with a 50% quorum just to get recertified.
Taxpayer-funded union time for political activities? BANNED.
Florida is putting parents and students first — not union bosses.
This is what real education reform looks like. 🇺🇸

@KittyWiddy If Cory Mills had any decency, he would drop out of the race. How does he think he’s best to represent the decent people of district 7 with his character?
Florida’s 7th District deserves leadership with integrity, faith, and strong conservative values. Mills does not deliver any of that.
Ryan Elijah stands for the principles we believe in. Faith, family, and freedom.

It’s nice to know Orange County School District appreciates their teachers so much (sarcasm). The administration brought sodas and cookies to our classroom for teacher appreciation. 😂 I wonder where all the money goes 🤔@MikeTheObserver@INDIO_RADIO
This is a snapshot of what the left intends to do to everyone who won't bend the knee.
Operation Take their Livelihood.
We dare not allow the orcs to have this hill.
The secret has been exposed! Teachers Unions are training teachers to brainwash our children into being activists for Liberal causes. This must be stopped. #DefundTeachersUnions
The First Amendment essays are coming in from across the U.S., it’s been incredibly encouraging to read them. The next generation is more thoughtful and engaged than many people realize.
I’m stepping out of my comfort zone a bit to share something that means a lot to me.
I’m working to fund the first Freedom to Think Project student scholarship, with the goal of awarding $5,000 to a deserving high school student this August.
This scholarship is for students who demonstrate thoughtful engagement, a love for their country, and a respect for the rights and responsibilities we all share.
Right now, we’re just getting started, so I’m asking for a little help.
If you feel led to support this effort, any amount truly makes a difference. Even small contributions help us move closer to making this opportunity possible for a student.
If you’re not able to donate, simply liking, commenting, or sharing this post would mean a lot and help us reach others.
Thank you for taking a moment to read this and for supporting students and education.
