LJT BAC Training Continues! Actions in the Aircraft, Pre-Jump and PLFs. We also discussed the Marshalling Area Control Officer (MACO) and Departure Airfield Control Officer (DACO) brief. Drop Zone Orientation, and training in the suspended harness. Repetition is key.

The Liberty Jump Team Basic Airborne Course Continues!!
Our students experienced the drag for the first time during enhanced methods of recovery, and continued packing their parachute systems under the supervision of our amazing Parachute Riggers.

The LJT BAC Continues!! We have added a new program, a DZSO Course led by our Military Liaison, CPT Darren Cinatl. This will allow for more of our members to get exposed to other duties outside of the aircraft, and further enable us to conduct multiple operations simultaneously.

Training continues with Actions in the Aircraft, Pre-Jump and now Actions on Descent in the suspended harness. Our prospective paratroopers and refreshers also conducted their first set of Parachute Landing Falls. Continue to follow their journey on all our social media pages.

Liberty Jump Team BAC: Operation Varsity 2023. The students have started with classroom instruction, Basic Nomenclature, and introduction to parachute systems. Our Rigger Team has conducted a pull off demonstration to showcase the opening sequence of the main parachute.

Stand in the Door! A few of our Liberty Jump Team members were at the Bluebonnet Air Show 2023 to represent the American Paratrooper, and celebrate some legendary aircraft on display today.

Some of our LJT members attended events supporting the Boston's Wounded Vet Run Fundraising Party supporting wounded veterans from across the United States Military. Our friend and brother Paratrooper, Vincent J. Speranza was in attendance.

Our Liberty Jump Team Riggers are completing inspections of our equipment and repacking all our reserve parachutes. Getting ready for our Basic Airborne Course and Refresher, March 19 to March 26. Straphangers get your knees in the breeze starting on March 23! C-47 jumps!

Operation Toy Drop 2022!! Our team members came together to collect toys for the Salvation Army of Corsicana Texas in our First Annual Operation Toy Drop. It was an honor to help the community that has been so supportive of the Liberty Jump Team.

What an incredible week for the World War II veterans in Hawaii. They were the honored guests for the December 7th Anniversary Events at Pearl Harbor, participated in the parade in Honolulu and were interviewed by Black Rifle Coffee at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.

Our members attended the Commemorative Air Force The Highland Lakes Squadron / Highland Lakes Squadron- CAF Museum Pumpkins and Paratroopers community event. 100 pumpkins were handed out to the kids attending the event.

Our LJT BOD Peter Plank, was the Master of Ceremonies for the event in Broken Arrow, OK. The event was at the Military History Center where French Consul Grant Moak presented their nation's highest award, the French Ordre National de la Légion d’honneur, to WWII hero Bill Parker.

Members of our Veterans Affairs went to Springfield, Missouri to celebrate Jack Hamlin’s 101st Birthday. Guests came from all over the US and France to Celebrate. US Senator Josh Hawley sent Jack a special birthday letter.
