This show is the laziest, clumsiest and most underwhelming waste of talent I’ve forced myself through in quite a while. Incredibly poor use of basic storytelling principles leaves it without any meaningful suspense. Several characters were such transparent caricatures that for a while I thought they were intended to be ironic and I kept waiting for the punchline, only to find that they really were just that badly written. Was really hoping for way more from this, given Deniro’s presence in the cast.

BREAKING: Netflix new series “Zero Day” is about an elderly ex-president with dementia…

…who “inexplicably” chose NOT to run for reelection…

…and was replaced by a black female candidate WHO WON THE PRESIDENCY.

But here’s the thing:

“Zero Day” had been in development since November 2022, and was officially greenlit by Netflix on March 1, 2023.

16 MONTHS BEFORE BIDEN BROKE DOWN AND DROPPED OUT.

And 16 months BEFORE a “black female” became the candidate.

So the question becomes:

What did Netflix know, and when did they know it?
