That's like standing behind a chain link fence & hoping the kid w/ the hose can't spray you. Even the CDC said once it was an aerosol, masking became nearly pointless.

The President should not have power to basically dictate law by pen. Law is to be passed by the legislative branch and that branch alone.

Read up on the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017 (Tax Act) which was the legislation signed into law which officially repealed it...

What did they get? What have those forced to work thru a pandemic got?

I still have friends who have yet to be approved for unemployment because they were self-employed but shut down by governor edicts 🤷‍♂️. Facts take on many faces, its not a straight arrow.
