Three minutes before Trump left office, 175 million military IP addresses were handed off to a private company that nobody heard of.

The company was a mystery, except for one man connected to it.

Raymond Saulino.

“An offshore company that is trusted by the major web browsers and other tech companies to vouch for the legitimacy of websites has connections to contractors for U.S. intelligence agencies and law enforcement, according to security researchers, documents and interviews.”

“Google’s Chrome, Apple’s Safari, nonprofit Firefox and others allow the company, TrustCor Systems, to act as what’s known as a root certificate authority, a powerful spot in the internet’s infrastructure that guarantees websites are not fake, guiding users to them seamlessly.”

TrustCor Systems was connected to intelligence agencies and law enforcement.
They were a gatekeeper for “certifying” the authenticity of websites. A powerful position within the infrastructure of the internet.

Where does Raymond Saulino fit in?

“The company’s Panamanian registration records show that it has the identical slate of officers, agents and partners as a spyware maker identified this year as an affiliate of Arizona-based Packet Forensics, which public contracting records and company documents show has sold communication interception services to U.S. government agencies for more than a decade.”

“One of those TrustCor partners has the same name as a holding company managed by Raymond Saulino, who was quoted in a 2010 Wired article as a spokesman for Packet Forensics.
Saulino also surfaced in 2021 as a contact for another company, Global Resource Systems, that caused speculation in the tech world when it briefly activated and ran more than 100 million previously dormant IP addresses assigned decades earlier to the Pentagon. The Pentagon reclaimed the digital territory months later, and it remains unclear what the brief transfer was about, but researchers said the activation of those IP addresses could have given the military access to a huge amount of internet traffic without revealing that the government was receiving it.”

Are you seeing the full picture?

The transfer of 175 million IP addresses to Global Resource Systems, gave the military the ability to monitor a massive amount of internet traffic, without anybody knowing it.
I’m sure the military captured a lot of evidence of a conspiracy to commit treason.

But it’s more than just monitoring ALL the internet traffic of all the enemy players on the chessboard.

Raymond Saulino was contracted to the government and was connected to TrustCor, which certifies the authenticity of websites and Global Resource Systems, which received 175 million IP addresses from the military.

But the KEY is the third company he was involved with.

Packet Forensics.

“Packet Forensics first drew attention from privacy advocates a dozen years ago.
In 2010, researcher Chris Soghoian attended an invite-only industry conference nicknamed the Wiretapper’s Ball and obtained a Packet Forensics brochure aimed at law enforcement and intelligence agency customers.”

“The brochure was for a piece of hardware to help buyers read web traffic that parties thought was secure. But it wasn’t.
“IP communication dictates the need to examine encrypted traffic at will,” the brochure read, according to a report in Wired that quoted Saulino as a Packet Forensics spokesman. “Your investigative staff will collect its best evidence while users are lulled into a false sense of security afforded by web, e-mail or VOIP encryption,” the brochure added.”

Can you see the possibilities with these three companies?

The military had the ability to secretly monitor internet traffic and create “fake” certificates of authenticity for websites using 175 million IP addresses.

Did they capture all the evidence of the 2020 election, including all the ballot images the democrats thought they deleted?

Can I offer a possibility that I think many people may have forgotten?

“Three minutes.”

That is an important MARKER.

MAYBE the most important “three minutes” in the coming prosecution phase.

Does anybody remember what happened “three minutes” before Trump left office, after the election was stolen in 2020?

“The US Department of Defense puzzled Internet experts by apparently transferring control of tens of millions of dormant IP addresses to an obscure Florida company just before President Donald Trump left the White House”

“Minutes before Trump left office, millions of the Pentagon’s dormant IP addresses sprang to life” was the title of a Washington Post article on Saturday. Literally three minutes before Joe Biden became president, a company called Global Resource Systems LLC “discreetly announced to the world’s computer networks a startling development: It now was managing a huge unused swath of the Internet that, for several decades, had been owned by the US military,” the Post said.”

This obscure company named Global Resource Systems, suddenly controlled the largest amount of IP addresses in the world.
Not much is known about this company because it’s a front company for the military.
But what was known, is that it was a DOD action that happened minutes before Trump left office and surprised everyone.

Reminder:

AFTER the stolen election, Trump placed Christopher Miller as “acting” Secretary of Defense.

Scaramucci model.

No Congressional oversight.

He personally met with specific generals and leaders to discuss things face to face in private.
He also did something very important.

“As Acting Secretary of Defense in November 2020, Christopher C. Miller directed that the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) be placed "on par" with the military services by elevating its civilian leadership to report directly to him, rather than through intermediate bureaucratic channels.”

Why was that so important?

At that time, the Pentagon was still filled with deep state operatives.
Special Operations Command now reported DIRECTLY to Christopher Miller.

Do you know about Christopher Miller’s expertise?

He’s a premier expert in special operations, counterterrorism, and irregular warfare.

Why was he the perfect choice, right BEFORE Trump left office?

“What if” Trump never planned to hand the “keys” of real presidential power to an illegitimate and unconstitutionally elected president?

What if the KEY parts of our military, were still reporting DIRECTLY to Christopher Miller in the background, during the entire Biden term?

I don’t believe Biden or Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin ever controlled the full military.

There’s a reason why Trump and his team were watching the 2020 election results live at the Eisenhower building.
There’s a SCIF there and the military was watching the “steal” in real time.

Q mentioned the National Guard being deployed but I think most people missed the real reason.

“National Guard cyber experts are on duty or on call in many states to help protect next week’s general election from online threats.
Twenty-seven states mobilized Guard cybersecurity cells in 2018 to help local authorities harden voter-registration databases and related networks before the mid-term elections and monitor the systems during the voting.  
The number will likely be higher this year, say Guard officials.”

“A more plausible concern is hackers altering voter registration information. Hackers could also change the results on official websites on election night. Either action would diminish faith in the democratic process — a worthwhile result to some of the nation’s adversaries.”

The D.C. Circuit didn’t rule that fraud happened.

It ruled that freezing a basic ballot-tracking rule would cause irreparable harm before the November election.

Read that again.

A federal appeals court just said the administration needs time to implement serialized barcodes and voter-list submissions for mail-in ballots. Not mass purges. Not voter ID theater. Simple chain-of-custody tools so the Postal Service can track what it carries.

And the reaction? Full institutional meltdown.

The NAACP is in open panic. California is fighting tooth and nail against submitting its rolls. The same people who spent years lecturing the country about “sacred democracy” are treating a barcode on an envelope like a constitutional crisis.

This is the tell.

If the system is as clean and secure as they claim, an audit trail should be the least threatening thing in the world. You don’t file emergency lawsuits to stop people from counting what leaves the post office unless the numbers make you nervous.

Ruthless reality: the fight was never about access. It was never about “making it harder to vote.” It was about whether anyone gets to follow the ballots once they enter the mailstream. One side wants a paper trail. The other side acts like the trail itself is the crime.

Trump’s broader disclosures only made the contrast sharper. The moment the conversation shifted from abstract “trust” to actual tracking mechanisms, the volume went nuclear.

Clean systems don’t scream when you turn on the lights. Compromised ones do.

The court just cleared the runway for verification. The panic is still about the audit trail.

Having listened to Trump's speech, none of the ppl who have been on the journey of uncovering the CIA and their nefarious activities were surprised by anything he said. I'd like to point out a few very important things:
1) the documents Trump declassified will expedite everything happening in the grand juries in Ft Pierce because the fact that they were classified draws out the timeline exponentially and that isn't a small thing.
2) he mentioned that the intel agencies, journalists, large US corporations, unions, etc were all involved with the US government and China as early as 2018 in interfering in elections, creating negative stories and undermining Trump...that is TREASON.
3) he specifically called out Obama's involvement in all of it.
4) he confirmed that everyone that was involved in challenging the 2020 election, showed up in DC on 1/6 were all RIGHT.
5) he noted that the FBI, DHS, CIA and other government agencies worked to coup the country
6) they systematically, overtly, and consistently worked to hide critical intelligence from the president and that is TREASON.
7) he noted the FBI put critical intel and proof of election interference in burn bags to destroy the evidence.
8) he noted the CIA sat on information confirming the election systems were compromised and overtly hid it
9) he noted the on-going cover up of the criminal conspiracy to overthrow the government is being hidden by NBC and ABC.
10) by notifying the state governments that there election data is compromised he will force them to take action OR they will be guilty of conducting known fraudulent elections.
11) the FBI discovered that China was manufacturing ballots for Biden and they covered it up
12) the CIA is required to inform the Congress and they didn't and instead signed documents stating it was the most secure election in history
13) over 250,000 non citizens are registered to vote in the US.

While many ppl will say we knew all of this already, this wasn't for those who knew all of this...it was to ensure the legal system can use declassified documents to expedite what will begin to occur tomorrow: accountability. It will provide the impetus to make drastic changes to the election process in the US. It now publicly forces Congress to act.

My caution: This requires the same organizations (DHS, CIA, FBI, etc) that committed treason to launch investigation of there own organizations which from my experience inside government never works.

It's my opinion we have moved to another phase of the operation. The speed will increase exponentially.
