Our data indicate that the Aedes albopictus found at 3 locations, represent 3 different introduction events (4 haplotypes detected), one of which is most likely from the Algarve.
📢🚨Our lastest work on the COX gene analysis of the Aedes albopictus mosquitos found in Lisbon in 2023 is now available as Preprint In Research.
