I believe the the current EA leadership has forgotten how crucial a well funded, strategic development programme is for the sport. If elected I will create a new programme with custom made projects. Every federation is different.

While I will always love traditional athletics building the right pathways with road running and fun products like Dynamic New Athletics allows our federations to attract new athletes, fans, and sponsor interest.
