@2ears2wheels@edwinhayward Ha, no. Me neither. But there would be ways and means to prevent VPN use to cheat the system. Out of interest I switched my VPN to New York last night and launched X on my phone. It froze on the loading banner. Facebook didn't care.
@SteTenzing Sorry but you're bonkers! Labour's got far more on their plate than worrying about making it a little overcast for you. Please educate yourself on the weather.
@tomhfh@JessBrownFuller Books, educational TV programmes, a wealth of information on the world wide web. ChatGPT etc al to ask questions from. There's a TON of information available to everyone to access.
@Helen_Whately@Conservatives@restate_thinks I think you need to go big and bold on this if you're determined not to leave people behind. Allow people to have their homes kitted out to support home working where that's possible and/or free bus/train travel to work for those that cannot drive themselves.
@JJPACheshire The world wide web (Have people forgotten about this?) is full of information children can actually do some good old-fashioned research or go to a library and find books.
@justdavenow89 Not exactly a bad experience but I was on the Isle of Wight many years ago as a young teenager. We got to meet some Dr Who cast. Lady who played Teagan. I don't remember but my parents said she was very sarcastic when I'd asked her a question.
