@Kohls Had a very unfortunate experience due to a Kohl’s error. Had to deal with the Phillipines and no customer service whatsoever. 2-3 weeks to get Kohl’s cash back + to ask customer to call back. Ripping up kohls card. Not happy!

@HIExpress you can do better. Currently at IAH beltway 8 and it’s been not great. First No shuttle service (ends at 7 on Sunday. What?!?) and then this bathroom..nasty! This hotel needs some TLC and better customer service!

@Walmart Amanda, Team Lead, at Coolidge, AZ won’t adjust below price because a tag was not ripped off. She claims it was a price increase and is arguing over 2 dollars. What great customer service!
