Reading for twenty minutes a day is good advice with a significant flaw.
It assumes twenty minutes of the right book feels the same as twenty minutes of the wrong one.
It doesn't.
Twenty minutes of the wrong book is an endurance exercise.
Twenty minutes of the right book disappears.
The variable was never the time. It was always the book.
