@PLDT_Cares this has been happening since dec 30th. Yung internet namin na nawawala usually around 2-4am and some in the afternoon. when you check the modem/router ok naman yung ilaw. I would just turn it off and on after 15mins ok na sya and it has happened daily.

@PLDT_Cares hi! For the past 2days our internet keeps getting disconnected. Needed to turn modem on and off several times for us to get connected again. Usually when it starts it takes several tries for about 15-20mins. This has happened before, it goes away and happens again.

@PLDT_Cares my internet keeps disconnecting. Sometimes it happens several times a day. Ive had this issue before wherein all is ok tapos biglang wala na net. I will restart modem several times then makaka connect ulet. Hassle lang during work may it day or graveyard.

@PLDT_Cares since Tuesday to today, between 3-4am, my internet keeps disconnecting. I would restart my modem multiple times for me to be able to reconnect again. It takes 10-15mins for me to be back online. Please advise why i keep getting disconnected.
