Hi @marksandspencer, earlier this year your Ginger Snaps disappeared from your shelves, and when they came back they'd been changed, replaced by a pale imitation vastly inferior to the original. When do you plan to bring back the original recipe?

@marksandspencer The flavour profile isn't too bad, but the texture is ruining it, particularly when dunking in tea. Please revert to the original recipe @marksandspencer , these new recipe ginger snaps are not up to scratch!

Hi @marksandspencer I went to five of your shops today in search of my favourite biscuits, the M&S Ginger Snaps, and not only were they missing, but there weren't even spaces on the sheves for them to go! Please can you let me know when you plan to bring back the Ginger Snaps?

@marksandspencer Oh no! Just bought my first pack since they've come back, and discovered the recipe has been changed! The new biscuits are larger and have the wrong texture profile, they seem flatter and and denser, they have less crunch and less surface cracking on the top of the biscuit.

@cox_tom I dunno about that, there's plenty of ambiguity and mystery to be found in maths textbooks. Like every time the author says 'clearly', 'trivial', 'a priori', or 'this proof is left as an exercise to the reader'

@jamesmrobinson A few years ago I somehow managed to drop a phone into a pint of water. It was nearly fine afterwards, everything worked OK except for the GSM bit ... :/
