@BlizzardCS A novel way for @Blizzard_ent to save money would be to eliminate the ticketing system altogether. I am not convinced that the "Game Master Team" reads the tickets that they tardily shoot out canned responses to. My experiences with this customer support is abysmal.

@BlizzardCS OW account was suspended for two weeks, no reasons given. Ignored with a canned response when requesting clarification. Was able to play for one day B4 acct was suspended again for an entire month. Again requested clarification = same response. Possible false reporting / error.
