🔙🗣️ Michael Carrick talking about Luis Enrique’s PSG:
“They’re winning, but it’s the way they play that really stands out, The midfield rotations, the constant connections, the quick, short passing… it’s exactly the kind of football I enjoy.
“Then you look at the pace, movement and energy of the forwards. The way they attack space is incredible and, as a midfielder, that’s the dream because you’ve always got options ahead of you.
“You’re constantly involved, always getting on the ball, always looking to play forward and keep the game flowing. That’s the kind of football every midfielder loves.
“They’re simply a fantastic team to watch.”
Thank you for every chant, every message and every moment we have shared. Your support means a lot to me and I’ll carry it with me throughout this next chapter of my life. I’ll miss Old Trafford but this is not goodbye. Wishing a successful season to everyone at the club, my heart and support will always be with you.
See you soon Reds! ❤️

🚨Jamie Carragher on MUFC:
"I actually think Manchester United have changed their transfer strategy, and I think it's a healthy change. For years, it felt like they were obsessed with signing the biggest names in football. Sometimes it felt like the signings were made because they kept the fans excited rather than because they were the right fit for the team. Now it looks different. They're bringing in players who suit what the manager wants and who fit into the system. That's how successful teams recruit. It's not always about the biggest name, it's about the right player."

Honestly, this is actually one of the better-written parts of the movie if you really pay attention. His Spider-Sense only comes back because he stopped suppressing his powers, so if he had kept the inhibitor on, he wouldn’t have sensed the shot at all and Jean would’ve been the one hit instead.
That moment isn’t just about him accepting himself, it’s literally what saves her life. I feel like people miss things like this because they’re focused on big twists, but this is really solid writing hiding in plain sight.
the 08-09-2010 batch is so infinitely a better representation of this club than dickheads like scholes, nevilles, keanes and butts i will die on this hill
