@ultimatyong Im not criticising you, im criticising that bullshit company of jib, you can do whatever you want with your money, you saw them last year, maybe another organisation will bring them with better prices and benefits 🤞🏻
⚠️ Before you buy tickets for the upcoming Rome fanmeet/convention, please take some time to read the organizer's Terms & Conditions
I'm not telling anyone not to go. I'm a fan myself and I know how exciting it is when your favorites finally come to Europe. But I think people deserve to know what they're agreeing to before spending hundreds of euros on tickets, flights and hotels.
Some things that stood out to me from the organizer's own Terms & Conditions:
• No refunds. • Tickets/invitations are non-transferable. • If the event is moved to another date or location, you're expected to attend the new event and cover any additional travel costs yourself. • If a guest cancels, attends for less time than expected, or an activity/benefit is changed or replaced, refunds are not guaranteed. • The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees. • Photography and filming restrictions apply to many benefits.
On top of that, I've received multiple DMs from fans who attended previous events and shared concerns about things like venue visibility, being rushed through benefits, staff behavior, communication issues, long waits for benefit photos, and overall organization.
Again, everyone should make their own decision. I'm just asking fans to do their research first and make an informed choice before purchasing tickets.
The problem is that people know about these things and still would go because their faves are there and they will whatever too, i totally regret buying my PondPhuwin ticket back then when i didn’t know anything about this :(
⚠️ A thread for fans considering attending [JusInBelloCon] in Italy.
With several popular BL couples announced, many fans are excited. However, before spending hundreds of euros, I think it’s important to be aware of a number of concerns repeatedly raised by attendees of previous events organized by the same convention.
This thread uses screenshots, attendee testimonies, and the organizer’s own public statements.

⚠️ Additional attendee reports from previous events:
Several attendees have privately shared concerns about their experiences with this organizer.
One attendee stated that after raising concerns about videos circulating online showing rushed benefits, they received what they described as a hostile email response, were refunded, and were informed they would no longer be able to attend future events organized by the company. According to the attendee, they were accused of damaging the organizer's reputation with the artists' management.
If accurate, this raises concerns about how customer feedback and criticism are handled.
Other recurring complaints from attendees include:
• Poor venue visibility. Multiple fans reported that unless they were seated within the first several rows, they could barely see the artists due to the low stage height and room setup.
• Seating management concerns. Fans reported that empty sections were not always managed effectively, leading to confusion about seating categories despite significant differences in ticket prices.
• An MC who appeared unfamiliar with the artists and, according to attendees, occasionally referred to them in an impersonal manner rather than by name.
• Extremely aggressive crowd management during benefits, with staff reportedly rushing fans through interactions, physically directing attendees, and creating a stressful atmosphere.
• Staff positioning during benefits that some fans felt interfered with their experience and event photos.
• Restrictions during photo benefits that left attendees little time to coordinate poses despite paying premium prices for those interactions.
• Ticketing policies requiring attendees to display their full legal names on event passes and limiting transfer options, which some fans felt raised privacy concerns.
• Long waits for benefit photos. Some attendees reported waiting weeks or even months to receive digital copies of photos included in their ticket packages.
None of these issues individually define an event. However, when the same concerns are raised by multiple attendees across different events, they deserve attention from future attendees and the companies choosing event partners.
