A casi dos años de gestión, ya no hay espacio para las excusas. No hubo una estrategia de prevención. No hubo desazolve de alcantarillas ni mantenimiento a la red de drenaje.

No hubo campañas de concientización ciudadana, ni un plan de contingencia real por parte de Protección Civil municipal.

Hoy no hay protocolos para calles inundadas, no hay contención y, lo peor, no hay un plan a futuro.
El Ayuntamiento de Puebla sigue fracasando. Las lluvias de las últimas horas solo están evidenciando la profunda falta de planeación de las autoridades municipales. La administración de Pepe Chedraui NO planea, no anticipa, no previene.
