Leave room in your cognition for exceptions, but your predictions will be more accurate across time if you assume tribal bias in others first.
You should be suspicious.

You’ll catch more bad faith actors that way, or controlled opposition.

An example would be a 🧃 who is anti Israel but is pro immigration / anti-racist :
It’s not a coincidence that those combination of beliefs also benefits Israel / global 🧃

Subconscious or not, it’s useful to know that the identity informs the likelihood of the belief system.

Those judges that keep releasing repeat offenders? There are incentives for them to do that from rich people

Follow the people behind the project not the company (mostly the game director)

The idea that “teamwork” is what makes games is bullshit

Auteur theory is real

The director of Witcher 3 left and founded a new studio named Rebel Wolves. He and his brother left likely on bad terms over how cyberpunk played out

It doesn’t matter how many peons stayed at CD projekt, the director is all that matters

So Witcher 4 is going to have 20 times the budget of Rebel Wolves new game, and I promise you

Blood of the Dawnwalker is going to be more memorable and more creative
