Pernah punya atasan tukang forward message. Kerjaannya LITERALLY cuma forward pesan dari grup dinas ke grup kantor. Diajak diskusi nggak nyambung, kasih instruksi nggak jelas. Pesan dia cuma "kerjakan ya". 😭

Suatu hari, ada perintah A dari dinas. Kami sbg bawahan udah kasih masukan bahwa perintah A itu nggak bisa dilakukan karena alasan abcde. Tapi dia nggak mau tahu, nggak kasih alternatif, nggak bisa diajak mikir, pokoknya pesan dari dinas diforward di grup kantor. Terpaksa harus bawahan yang approach langsung ke kepala dinas, karena kalo nunggu atasan ini, masalah justru makin ruwet.

Untungnya sekarang atasan kami udah ganti 😭🙏
