@m0mento_ Every sentence to send individually because it forms into a paragraph itself. But I’m also a journalism student and I default into news writing conventions by accident sometimes lmao.
@m0mento_ But perosnally I’ve always thought my #bad tendency towards short paragraphs in fiction (in an essay I accidentally write 300-500 word paragraphs constantly it’s a problem) is that so much of my idea generation happens with friends over discord where I often press enter after
@S8F_here@m0mento_ A news sense is a completely different thing for fiction. News has basically the opposite conventions to fiction (ie it has the opposite of normal story structure too)
@S8F_here@m0mento_ I mean as a journalism student, in journalism every new idea/fact should be a new line. And in news journalism that means pretty much every line should be its own paragraph, at most you can have a two sentence paragraph if it has no quotes in it. But it being easy to read in
