1. Use a grinder, pick or spade square the pothole off and remove vegetation and excess surface.
2.Fill up pothole a bit, if necessary
3. Tack upper of compacted surface and the edges (Use Bitumen Emulsion)
4. Fill hole with Cold Mix & compact
