There are some things your laptop can do, but you don't even know.
Anyway, come with me...
💻 1/
Let's say you're in the middle of something private on your laptop and you don't want others to see it. Then someone suddenly shows up and wants to use the laptop.
Just press WINDOWS + CTRL + D
This will create a new desktop entirely. That way, the other person can do whatever they want on the new desktop without seeing what you were doing.
👉🏽 When that person is done and you want to switch back to what you were doing:
Just use:
WINDOWS + CTRL + ← (Left Arrow)
Everything will return where you left it.
👉🏽 And if you want to see all the separate desktops you've opened:
Press WINDOWS + TAB
This opens Task View, which allows you to switch between desktops or close the ones you don’t need.
🖥️ 2/
You know that moment when you're using Chrome or Firefox, and you mistakenly close a tab you badly need. Maybe you were even doing a very important registration at that point.
Just press CTRL + SHIFT + T
The tab will reopen. Press it again, and the one before it returns too. This works on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
💻 3/
Let's say you have fifteen apps open and you don't want to be clicking through the taskbar one by one.
Just hold ALT, then tap TAB.
All the apps will pop up on the screen just like you usually see on your smartphone.
Then you can use arrow keys or even your mouse to flip through all your open apps/windows smoothly.

Hangovers getting worse every year has nothing to do with getting older
At 21 guys drink all night and function the next day. At 28 three beers on a Friday ruins the entire weekend
Everyone says "you're just aging bro"
No. The liver is failing to process alcohol because it's already overloaded dealing with an inflammatory shitstorm happening in the gut 24/7
The liver has a processing queue. Alcohol goes in, gets broken down into acetaldehyde, then cleared. Quick. Clean. Done
But when the liver is already maxed out processing endotoxin from a damaged gut lining, clearing inflammatory byproducts from processed food, dealing with 4 coffees on an empty stomach
By the time alcohol enters the queue there's no capacity left
Acetaldehyde sits in the system 3-4x longer than it should. That's the compound causing the headache, nausea, brain fog, dread. Not more of it from drinking. Just clearing it slower because the liver is drowning
The "hangxiety" the next day isn't psychological
It's a glutamate rebound. Alcohol suppresses glutamate (that's the relaxed feeling). When it wears off, glutamate surges back. If baseline GABA is already depleted from chronic inflammation, there's zero buffer for that rebound
Pure unregulated excitatory activity in the brain for 12-36 hours
That Sunday anxiety lying in bed convinced everyone hates you and life is falling apart? Neurochemical. The brain has no inhibitory tone to counterbalance the glutamate flood
This is why some people get wrecked after 2 drinks while others handle a full night out fine. The difference is gut health and liver capacity
What actually helps:
- Fix the gut first. Lower the baseline endotoxin load so the liver isn't already at 90% capacity before a single drink
- Magnesium before bed on drinking nights. 400mg glycinate. Alcohol depletes magnesium aggressively. If levels are already low going in, the hangover is 3x worse
- NAC 600mg before drinking. Supports glutathione production which is what the liver uses to clear acetaldehyde. Before, not after
- Full meal before drinking. Never drink on an empty stomach. Food slows absorption and gives the liver time to process in waves instead of one hit
- Activated charcoal before bed. Binds toxins in the gut before they reach the liver. Won't eliminate the hangover but cuts the toxic load
- Fix the baseline. The guys who "handle their alcohol" don't have stronger livers. They have lower inflammation, better gut health, and more capacity available when the alcohol arrives
Hangovers getting dramatically worse over the last few years isn't aging
It's the gut and liver sending a progress report on how fucked they are. The hangover is the symptom. The inflammation underneath is the disease

- full symptom and history mapping specific to you
- the most likely biological root causes behind what you're feeling
- exact labs to order and how to read the results yourself
- a prioritized protocol: what to fix, in what order, built around your body

The anxiety you feel 48 hours after drinking uses the exact same withdrawal mechanism as one of the most addictive prescription drugs on the planet.
Not similar. The same. Same brain receptors. Same rebound effect. Documented in the same pharmacology textbooks.
When you drink, alcohol turns up your brain's calming system and turns down the excitatory system. That's the relaxation. The social ease. The confidence. Your brain gets quieter.
But here's the problem. While alcohol is doing that, your brain is already adjusting. It starts turning DOWN the calming receptors and turning UP the excitatory receptors to compensate. To maintain balance.
When the alcohol leaves, that rebalancing overshoots. Hard.
Now you're left with a calming system that's been dialed down and an excitatory system that's been cranked up. The brakes are weak. The accelerator is floored.
That's the 48-hour anxiety. The racing thoughts at 3am. The sense of doom. The existential dread where you question every decision you've ever made. The paranoia that everyone is judging you for something you said. That feeling that something is deeply wrong but you can't name it.
It's not guilt. It's not "hangover anxiety." It's your brain in excitatory overdrive because the calming system got temporarily dismantled and hasn't rebuilt yet.
This is the exact same mechanism that makes benzodiazepine withdrawal so dangerous. Same receptor system. Same rebound pattern. Benzos turn up the calming system artificially. When you stop them, the same excitatory flood happens. Pharmacologically, alcohol and benzos hit the same target.
Why some people bounce back fine and others feel psychologically destroyed for 3 days: it depends on how strong your calming system was BEFORE the drink. If it was already depleted from chronic stress, poor sleep, and inflammation, one night of drinking can produce days of genuine neurochemical crisis. The guy who feels nothing the next day had reserves. The guy who spirals had nothing left.
What actually speeds recovery:
> Taurine 3-6g (supports the calming system, buffers excitatory activity)
> Magnesium 400-600mg (calms the excitatory receptors directly)
> Eat carbs and protein (replenish fuel stores, provide building blocks for calming neurotransmitters)
> Skip the hair-of-the-dog. More alcohol resets the clock and deepens the deficit
But the real fix isn't better hangover management. It's building up your calming system strong enough that a night of drinking doesn't dismantle it.

Repost for others to learn!
😭😭😭😭😭 Why did he try to fight them back???? Everyone in this country knows that criminals don't hesitate to take your life. I know at times even when you corporate they still gonna shoot you. But man Grootman should have not risked his like that 💔💔💔
Have you ever wondered why Horses can be domesticated and Zebras can't?🤔🤔🤔.
Dey with me as we go through somethings about them you did not know. The last one will burst your head. 🤣😂.
Each zebra has a unique stripe patterns, like fingerprints. No two zebras have the same pattern.
I know you always thought Zebras are black and white but actually they are naturally black with white stripes, not the other way around! The black skin underneath their fur helps regulate body temperature. 😌😌😌
Zebras can run up to 40 mph (64 km/h), making them one of the fastest land animals! That's why you can see in this video why the lions were finding hard to hunt it down
Zebras actually sleep standing up and even doze off while still moving! Talk about sleeping walking 😂🤣😂
Despite efforts to domesticate them, zebras remain one of the few animals that can't be fully domesticated because of their aggressive nature, strong wild instincts, unpredictable behavior and physical strength
If you have read up to this point, I hope you found this content useful. All I ask is you repost for others to know about this and a follow will be wholesome😃😃😃
You are welcome!!!!
Hijacking & Kidnapping: Richards Bay - Kwazulu Natal
The South African Police Service (SAPS) at Richards Bay in KZN has informed Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) that a case of Hijacking & Kidnapping (Cas 213/11/2025) is being investigated after an adult male went missing.
The following information was provided to Reaction Officers by family of 57 year old Ranjankumar Sew (pictured) also known as Boya.
Sew was last seen leaving his home in Brackenham in Richards Bay - KZN (address withheld) at approx. 10:30 yesterday (Tuesday).
He was scheduled to visit the Brackenham Clinic and was travelling in his white Toyota Avanza with registration plates NRB 18764. Sew has not been seen or heard from since.
According to family, information was received that the vehicle was seen at various locations and captured on a camera near Dondotha Reserve in Kwambonambi - KZN (picture 2). The area was searched with negative results. The family has since received an anonymous call demanding R5000 before the car was stripped. It could not be established if the call was made by a scammer after the vehicle was circulated missing or the suspect himself.
Sew is a retired salesman. He is clean shaven, balding with no tattoos. At the time of his disappearance, he was attired in a grey shirt & blue jeans.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Ranjankumar Sew, please contact the RUSA Headquaters on 0861234333 or Louie Naidoo (family) on 0824525429.
