@coopuk I sign up as a member and my card doesn’t work.. after a few times trying it I ask a member of staff and he says my card isn’t for that region it’s the wrong colour? What’s going on?
@dhlexpressuk it would be great to have a “note” field against a parcel - I have something I’d like to note to help the delivery driver of my package.. but can’t
@KFC_UKI your Cirencester store is the most hit and miss. Today everything cold - and it’s not like it was the delivery this time I picked it up?! Cold burgers - not what you want expect from KFC
@FreedomLeisure no one ever calls me back when I enquire.. now I get a Black Fridays deal.. but no prices or ability to join.. as a web developer I find the whole site rather frustrating.
@bt_uk I have full speed to the router via ethernet, but you are telling me that BT doesn't guarantee that the wifi speed coming out of the router matches that of the service you offer?
@bt_uk The disc in the utility that I'm connected to via ethernet shouldn't be giving me 400mbps it should be giving me nearer 800mbp its only literally a few meters away from the router.
@bt_uk By the time I get to the living room the speed drops considerably this morning I was only getting 70mbps on the sofa. Now what I'm saying is if I'm only getting 460mbps out of the router then we're losing half the wifi speed straight from the start.
@bt_uk This is not about the phone speed, this is about the speed of the wifi system all together. I'm a web developer, I want getting on for at least the 750mbps guaranteed speed in every room hence why I have your BT wifi discs and they spread across a very small flat. 1/3
@bt_uk Hi Rita,
As I explained to your colleague yesterday I've tried this with a few scenarios. See diagrams attached. The first is every device and wifi disc disconnected and even then with my sat by the router, did my phone only get 460mbps. You can see the other results in the dia
@bt_uk Hi Rita,
That’s makes no sense. Considering I’ve already shown you the device (my iPhone is capable of reading more than that) Apple states it should be able to read 1200mbps and my partners iPhone 14 Pro even more than that.
@bt_uk I have reset the network setting on my iPhone 12 Pro my partner has an iPhone 14 Pro and it’s the same on that. Plus if I have 4 of your BT wifi discs in a 1 bedroom flat, all on one level.. surely we should have nearly full speed in every room?
@bt_uk Of course I’m not saying that 150mbps isn’t fine for streaming content but if I’m working in the living room where the tv is (I’m a developer so I upload and download a lot of data ), then I want the full speed or close to it in every my room. After all that’s what I paid for?
@bt_uk Hi Stephen,
there was one device connected when I tested it.
When the phone is rested up against the router and the only device connected there should be no issues with it getting the full 900mbps unless of course the router doesn’t allow for that over the Wi-Fi.
