A clean (vanilla) installation of Notion, no templates, would do the trick and it would give you the scalability you will need.

Regarding "storage format", Notion provides MD export.
But notes are not saved in your file system as MD files.

This is about @gumroad payments in installments with VAT involved.

This may be useful for some Gumroad users offering payment in installments, selling from a country where VAT needs to be added.

Example:
- my product's base price is $1500
- gumroad will add my country's VAT (21%) = $315
- i chose to offer payment in 3 installments

The way Gumroad is going to handle the monthly charges to our clients is (following accounting rules):

1st installment: $1500/3 + $315 = $815
2nd installment: $1500/3 = $500
3rd installment: $1500/3 = $500

Summary: the first installment will include full VAT.
It's not a bug from Gumroad payment process.

But you may want to inform your clients.
