@KobeissiLetter Biggest obstacle - if unemployment continues upward, people cannot afford to move. People are “stuck” in their communities, with less WFH options.
Won’t be able to leave a low payment to absorb a higher payment, without significant wage hike.
@NewsXero Everyone’s acting like the Rock is just some random “replacement”…. Like there isn’t a Bloodline story still going on.
Jimmy / Jey…. Solo… it all becomes relevant again to setup “losing everything”
@Andy_Dufresne1@bojangles19981 A touch misleading… They’ve never said they’ll be of little value, in fact - they’ve said the opposite.
They did say “No assets and operations” with the caveat of “as new business plan” is implemented.
Not made up - just didn’t provide full context of the PR you referenced.
@klingen_scott@Andy_Dufresne1 @NurseLeeLeeLee @SteveTheWeiser 100% agreed on the low float being beneficial.
Overlooked detail - $SAGA agreed to the make whole provision. I’d assume they have a plan / know what they have to do to prevent it from going into effect. Pressure is on $SAGA to perform with the assets they are purchasing.
@Andy_Dufresne1@Stocks_n_Stones @dan4dean On that same pie, only 50% of the pie was owned. Add in more guaranteed ownership, and how much of that pie will now be owned? 85%? I haven’t looked up their float - but again, it’d increase $SAGA ownership… guaranteed (if deal goes through, etc etc).
@Andy_Dufresne1@Stocks_n_Stones @dan4dean Yes - $SAGa may increase their shares, but they will be owned shares - leaving the float low. These aren’t created shares with hopes to be purchased.
Company will have assets plus owned shares. Difficult for me to consider that true dilution, when comparing to other situations.
@Andy_Dufresne1@Stocks_n_Stones @dan4dean All good. My question was more based around the no asset conversation.
I’ve continually read “$ENZC is worthless with no assets after the dividend,” but then also read $SAGA (who currently has no assets) is worthless because of dilution, even though it’s gaining assets.
@Andy_Dufresne1@Stocks_n_Stones @dan4dean If $ENZC will plummet because it will have zero assets after transaction, why wouldn’t $SAGA maintain (even with additional shares) once they gain assets (currently have zero)?
@DonHollywood22 My guess is $ENZC is using this as a proof of concept, allowing them to “rinse & repeat” for their other planned pipelines. Why sell everything when you can sell it off piece by piece?
@Stocks_n_Stones@Andy_Dufresne1@GodfatherCap Technically, they will own $SAGA and then disburse it 6 months after the fact as a dividend. Saying they won’t own any is a bit misleading.
Would be like saying a company doesn’t have profit because they issued a dividend.
My Interpretation: $ENZC moving forward as a business development company (rinse & repeat), while maintaining original shareholder interest in current technologies with $SAGA ownership.
$ENZC 💥MASSIVE PR + FILING 💥

@Andy_Dufresne1@bojangles19981 Serious question (correct me if I’m wrong) - if only 119.5mm shares have been purchased by shareholders, why are we concerned about the 3B a/s?
