@thanh_neville Know that showing emotion is an important part of teaching. Showing those students that it is ok to feel, and express emotion is an under appreciated skill. Healthcare providers are people. We see difficult things. Be proud of yourself for reminding them of that ❤
@DebraLefebvre@SylviaJonesMPP Nurses are quitting their jobs, signing up with agencies and going back to work on the exact same units for two or three times the wage.
Asking for safe patient ratios, more nurses working, retention of current staff are not “Big Asks” they are necessary job requirements. We need to stop asking and start demanding. And if our demands aren’t met—we need stronger job action. #NurseTwitter

Congratulations to the first Graduates with a Masters Of Nursing (Emergency Nursing) in Fiji. This is a significant achievement and a milestone. These outstanding graduates will be the Emergency Nursing Leaders in Fiji, leading the way forward. Congratulations!
@NatTraumaCentre
@fordnation and @SylviaJonesMPP have decided to take an ignore and see approach with Ontario's healthcare system. When something is broken it doesn't repair properly by ignoring the problem. Consequences of the lack of leadership and action by this government will be long lasting
Tomorrow many nurses will be on strike for the first time in their lives
We've been left with no other choice
