To correct just on tiny fact @PatrickByrne did not pump his stock and then sell. In fact if you did a tiny smidge if HW like I do, you’d know in Sept 2019 he sold 5M shares for 90M approx $18 a share. The digital divendend record date was April 20, 2020 and payment date May 19 2020. OSTK price was still ~$19
So no harm there. But then after the div was paid the stock ran to $100. Looks like he really got them didn’t he? @PatrickByrne missed the run from 20-100. And your suggestion he front ran his shareholders is patently false. Not substantiated by any fact plain outright DUMB TALK. So STFU. Patrick was long gone by then. Do the math and if ur gonna talk about me bring facts. I don’t need press. I don’t own shares. I don’t need money. I just see fact PATTERNS and like to help the universe when I can. $MMTLP - FINRA could have put this to rest months ago. Simply release the trading data and provide a Broker Audit for all Brokers that engaged in trading the MMTLP security to Congress - or a NYS Supreme Court Justice. If there is nothing to hide FINRA could simply prove their point and consistency in their FAQ’s. But to stonewall every single attempt at every level indicates that is extremely suspicious. Extremely. It’s more than obvious you are hiding something or you would be consistent in your mission statement.

According to @FINRA Rule 6490, there are at least 5 things that FINRA is SUPPOSED to check EVERY Corporate Action for B4 it makes it 2 the Daily List. FINRA used 1 of those things to U3 halt $MMTLP. This says they somehow neglected to follow their own rule. @DOJCrimDiv @SECGov
