@TimS5464 Hi, Tim! We're sorry for any frustration. We grab a shipping and handling fee on all warranty claims. This allows us to get you a new case with less hassle to you! Please give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 to discuss this further.

@Kaytoonasty @OtterBox Hey there! We don't have any plans to release the NËXT case for the iPhone 14's. Give us a call at 1-888-533-0735 with any other questions.

Everyone’s favorite waterproof wonder has finally arrived. Swim on over to @OtterBox for Frē for iPhone 14. https://t.co/kG32JBP6xs

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@Apparentthreat Great question! We made the design shift on the mute/ringer control cover back in 2019 with the release of the iPhone 11 series of devices. And we only ever do such things if we're confident they'll enhance the overall experience, so you should be good to go!

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@tatteddominican Oh no! So sorry to hear about this. If you could please give our CS team a call at 1-888-533-0735, they'd be more than happy to dig a bit deeper into this and help find the best path forward for you,

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@jarsden81 Yikes! We're so bummed to hear about your experience, Jared. We'd be more than happy to look into getting you a replacement case though. Just give our CS team a ring at 1-888-533-0735 (M-F 8am-5pm MT) and they'd be more than happy to get things moving for you.

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@BlakeHamm We'll be sure to pass your suggestion along to our design team for you! Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help down the road, Blake.

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@BlakeHamm We're stoked we were able to keep your device safe all these years, Blake! 😎 Thanks so much for your continued support! 💙

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@jurcssicpcrk Oh no! We're so sorry to learn about your experience with your Frē Series case. Do you mind sending us a DM with a little more information? We'd like to help find the best solution for you moving forward.

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@ivy_caputo Oh no! We're so sorry to hear about this, Ash. If you're in need of a replacement case, give our customer service team a ring at 1-888-533-0735 and they'd be happy to get this sorted out for you.

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@EastCoastNFT @JbeaneDotEth Thankfully, we do have a pretty stellar warranty! You can get your case replaced here: https://t.co/omzF61LkpE

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@iBonnieYT Fantastic! If anything does happen to go sideways with that case, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 1-888-533-0735. 💙

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@SavvyEffinD @Slangdini You have to be prepared when inspiration hits! 💡😎

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@TinoCMendoza We're sorry, but it doesn't look like we have any plans to release our NËXT case for your device at this time. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team for you though. In the meantime, feel free to check out our Defender Series Pro XT Clear: https://t.co/M1tec6d94g

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@Tweet_0100 We get it—it's tough to wait for something you're excited for. With a waterproof solution like this case, we like to take even more precaution than we already do to make sure the design and protection is all just-so, which is why this model takes a bit longer to get to market.

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@iBonnieYT

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@alex_and_harley So sorry for any disappointment, Alexis, but it doesn't look like our NÜÜD case is in the cards at this time. We'll be sure to pass this request along to our design team for you though! 💙

[LifeProof @LifeProof]

@iMRFstudio @applereviewsmon We always have your back! 😎
