Post-sex hygiene doesn’t need to be complicated.
Wash your hands, clean the external area gently, change into dry underwear, and pee soon after if you can. Condoms also help reduce STI risk. Simple habits, better protection.
October makes eating well pretty easy.
Pomegranate, pumpkin, carrots, beets, apples and the rest all bring something useful to the table.
Simple seasonal foods, plenty of variety, no need to overcomplicate nutrition.
Push-ups don’t need to start on the floor.
Use the version you can control properly, then make it harder as your strength catches up.
Wall → incline → knee → standard → decline.

This is why BPH treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all: some medicines relax the prostate and bladder neck, while others gradually shrink the gland to improve urine flow.
🚨 When an enlarged prostate slows the flow: what medicine actually does
An enlarged prostate can squeeze the urethra and make urination difficult.
But how do modern treatments relax the blockage, improve urine flow, and ease those frustrating nighttime trips to the bathroom?
Let’s take a look inside the body.

Herbs can be useful, but “natural” doesn’t automatically mean harmless.
Ginger, turmeric and ashwagandha all have different evidence, uses and risks.
Here’s the simple version before you reach for a capsule:

Your muscles can get stronger while your tendons are still adjusting to the workload.
This partly explains why some lifters develop tendon problems despite making good progress in the gym.
There is more to getting stronger than adding plates.

Not all apples taste or feel the same. 🍎
Fuji leans sweet, Granny Smith brings the tartness, while Honeycrisp gives you that satisfying crunch.
Knowing the difference makes choosing the right apple much easier.
Heavy drinking doesn’t have to be every day to cause problems.
Years of heavy weekend drinking can still affect brain structure, memory and coordination.
What feels occasional can add up over time.
I think it’s time we stopped treating menstrual cups like some strange invention. It’s simply another way to manage your period. Infact it's one of the safest means for women to manage their periods.
It's reusable, safe, practical, and worth understanding.
Pregnancy isn’t the time to just eat because you’re eating for two. What goes into the mother’s body also becomes part of the environment the baby is growing in. Food choices matter.
So, it's very essential to keep track and know what goes into our body.
What a mother eats during pregnancy can impact the baby's growth.
However, not everything is necessarily beneficial.
This video effectively illustrates the impact of various foods on the baby.
In your opinion, what should be prioritized most during pregnancy?
Forget expensive skincare routines and 7AM gym grinds; the real secret to aging backwards is apparently just reaching out and giving your significant other a little squeeze whenever they walk pass you.
This is the real secret.
Okay, whoever decided to map internal organs onto feet like some kind of bizarre biological blueprint needs to calm down.
I’d be lying if I said I didn't stare at my feet again, trying to figure out where my stomach is supposed to be hiding.
New clinical insights into endometriosis management: Daily supplementation with 200 mcg of organic selenium over a 3-month period has been associated with significant clinical improvements.
Key observations include:
• Reduction in endometrioma (ovarian cyst) size
• Decreased dysmenorrhea (period pain)
• Alleviation of dysuria and painful bowel movements
• Reduction in non-menstrual pelvic discomfort
Targeted nutritional interventions continue to offer promising supportive care pathways in gynecology.
The older I get, the more fascinating the human body becomes.
Imagine throwing out a wisdom tooth without knowing there are tiny cells inside it that scientists are studying for their potential in regenerative medicine. Nature really hides some wild stuff in plain sight.
Wisdom teeth may be more biologically valuable than they look. Inside their soft dental pulp is a population of dental pulp stem cells capable of developing into several specialized cell types.
These cells are especially interesting because wisdom teeth are routinely extracted and discarded, making them a relatively accessible source of a person’s own stem cells without collecting them from bone marrow.
Researchers have already shown strong potential for bone regeneration. In laboratory and animal studies, DPSCs can become bone-forming cells, promote blood-vessel formation and help regenerate damaged bone when combined with suitable biological scaffolds.
Their origin makes them particularly interesting for neuroscience too. Dental pulp stem cells arise from neural-crest tissue during development and can display neuron-like characteristics under laboratory conditions. Researchers are studying their ability to support nerve growth, reduce inflammation and release molecules that protect damaged neural tissue.
Heart research has also explored DPSCs and the substances they release for repairing damage after cardiac injury. Much of the apparent benefit appears to come not simply from turning into heart cells, but from releasing signaling molecules that encourage blood-vessel growth, regulate inflammation and support surrounding tissue.
But these applications are still largely experimental. There is not currently an established treatment where doctors take your wisdom tooth and use its stem cells to routinely repair your brain, heart or bones. Most evidence outside dentistry remains preclinical.
So throwing away a wisdom tooth may technically mean throwing away an unusual source of stem cells—but turning those cells into reliable treatments for major organ damage is the challenge scientists are still working to solve.

5. PCOS, fatty liver and family history can raise the risk too.
So no, this isn’t just about cutting out fruit, rice or sugar forever.
Usually it’s several things adding up together, which is why the whole picture matters more than one food.
Prediabetes isn’t usually about one “bad” food.
Rice, fruit or having something sweet now and then isn’t the whole story.
What matters more is what’s been happening over time with your weight, muscle, movement, sleep and insulin sensitivity.
4. Sleep matters more than people think.
A few rough nights won’t suddenly give you prediabetes, but regularly sleeping too little can make blood sugar control worse.
It can also mess with hunger and appetite.
