@RedLuca56 Its the nature of the sport. They've been trying for years now to close the gap with various regulation changes but it is the nature of the sport. I'd love to see a real competition for the top 3 but we can still take joy in watching some of the competitive racing further back.

@WhistleblowingT I did one better, I left education all together for a company who actually value their employees mental health and my mental health has never been better.

Alternatively maybe it's worth trying a new school who have better support and policies in place around mental health. X

Leaving teaching was a big risk for me. After my entire adult career being in education. 2 weeks into my new job I'm glad to say I'm really enjoying it and I'm now realising just how stressful teaching and education was in comparison 🙃 😅
