So @Lowes at this point whos problem is this because I can show plenty of receipts that I have yet your customer or lack thereof department says they don’t see any receipts purchased in the timeframe mention although I have email copies

@Lowes the applicable manager on 9/26/20 replaced as well as upgraded the refrigerator for my inconvenience but instead of him refunding the old one and making a purchase for the new one he transferred the balance therefor there is no receipt in sight
