@KFCSA Is KFC not losing revenue by not fixing the coffee machines? Three KFC restaurants in the area have broken machines for two weeks now. The cofee products have also not been blocked out on the online ordering menus, so everyone that orders online are being misled.

@Clicks_SA I have noticed this discrepancy on several occasions now, with various products. Do you have a good explanation why the online prices differ from the in-store prices?

@McDonalds_SA Would love to hear an explanation for this. How come when you are trying to claim the rewards points to order, the item is indicated as being out of stock, yet it magically appears back in stock when doing a regular order at the in-store kiosks?
