@AmericanAir one of your employees stole my Apple Watch out of my suitcase after I checked the bag . I called the 800# and I was willing to provide screenshots.. I was told because I do not have travel insurance, I can’t be refunded . What type of business are you running here ?
@AmericanAir My Apple Watch was stolen out of my suitcase and when I called to report it via the 800 number I was told I should’ve had travel insurance despite having receipts and screenshots showing I had to replace my watch .. what type of circus are you running here ?
@ups literally sent my package to a facility 9 hours away and didn’t have the decency to overnight it once they realized they made a mistake . My package was suppose to arrive on the 11th and now it’s been postponed to the 15th. I will no longer be at my current location .
@GEICO has to be the worst company known to man. I swear. They have yet to subrogate the at fault party for damages . Shirley Sanchez and her boss should be fired . The lack of empathy for a paying customer is sick
@GEICO the way my claim is being handled is unacceptable . The supervisor isn’t holding his rep accountable for how my claim is being handled . I had to adjust my entire claim because my adjuster SHIRLEY SANCHEZ HANDLED THE CLAIM . State Farm was more efficient
