Why Public listed companies like TCI @TCIExpressLtd supporting anti national Ponzi schemes like #qnetscam

It’s very painful that a fraudulent Ponzi scheme and harassment by some news reporters through extortion took the life of a family of four persons.

It’s very sad that three innocent kids had lost their lives in this incident.

According to the police, the father of the kids due to severe distress because of the pressure from the persons invested in the chain like scheme for payment of money and the harassment of some reporters hanged his three children and committed suicide. While there are five people involved in this case, Police arrested three persons so far.

It is very unfortunate that journalists who are supposed to create awareness among the public on financial frauds by the Multi Level marketing companies resorted to such harassment resulting in the death of four persons.

A fraudulent company called GSN promised to get 3 lakh within six months by investing Rs.1 lakh. The deceased Mr Ravi Kumar recruited hundreds of people in this pyramid scheme falling in the net of the fraudulent company. He paid crores of rupees to the company by collecting the money from several persons.

In spite of creating awareness through several forums, these fraudulent companies are expanding their scams like water under the carpet.

These companies keep on cheating Millions of desperate people destroying families and kinship in large numbers.

People should fearlessly bring to the notice of the Police and Law enforcement agencies about the frauds of such organizations and it is the social responsibility of every citizen to educate the innocent people and avoid such sad incidents in the society.

"Supreme Court Asserts Zero Tolerance for Multi-Level Marketing Frauds"

In a recent ruling, the Supreme Court has emphatically stated its stance against multi-level marketing frauds masquerading as direct selling schemes. The Court firmly declared that it would not shield these fraudulent activities that prey upon unsuspecting individuals with promises of enormous wealth. A bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud issued a clear message to E Biothorium Network Pvt Ltd, urging them to invoke Article 32 of the Constitution if they wished to seek legal protection for their actions, which involved deceiving numerous people.

The Supreme Court decisively rejected the plea made by the Managing Director of the Mumbai-based company, who sought protection in a case related to multi-level marketing fraud. This ruling reaffirms the Court's stance against deceptive multi-level marketing entities, which it has articulated on several occasions.

Despite these legal warnings, individuals continue to fall victim to these schemes, driven by false hopes of substantial financial gains. Many fear the stigma associated with admitting they were deceived, leading to a dangerous silence around these scams. Failing to report such fraudulent multi-level marketing companies only perpetuates the problem, resulting in more victims and the loss of significant sums of money.

It is imperative that individuals take a bold step and report these fraudulent multi-level marketing activities to law enforcement agencies. This proactive approach is crucial to prevent further victimization and financial losses amounting to crores of rupees.

డెరెక్ట్‌ సెల్లింగ్‌ ముసుగులో చేసే మల్టీ లెవల్‌ మార్కెటింగ్‌ మోసాలను అనుమతించబోమని సుప్రీంకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది. అధిక డబ్బును ఆశచూపి అమాయకులను నిండా ముంచే ఈ మోసాలకు ఎలాంటి రక్షణ కల్పించలేమని పేర్కొంది. అనేక మందిని మోసం చేసి తమకు రక్షణ కల్పించాలంటూ రాజ్యాంగంలోని 32 అధికరణను ఉటంకిస్తూ సుప్రీం కోర్టుకు రావడమేంటని E Biothorium Network Pvt Ltd అనే సంస్థను ఇటీవల చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ డీవై చంద్రచూడ్ నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం ప్రశ్నించింది. మల్టీ లెవల్‌ మార్కెటింగ్‌ మోసం కేసులో తమకు రక్షణ కల్పించాలని కోరుతూ ముంబై కేంద్రంగా పనిచేస్తున్న ఆ కంపెనీ ఎండీ వేసిన పిటిషన్‌ను సుప్రీం కోర్టు తోసిపుచ్చింది.

మోసపూరిత మల్టీ లెవల్‌ మార్కెటింగ్‌ సంస్థల విషయంలో సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఎన్నోసార్లు ఇదే విషయాన్ని స్పష్టం చేసింది. అయినా మాయమాటలు నమ్మి అధిక డబ్బుకు ఆశపడి అనేక మంది మోసపోతూనే ఉన్నారు. మోసపోయమని బయటకు తెలిస్తే పరువుపోతుంందని భయపడుతున్నారు. ఈ మోసాల విషయంలో మౌనంగా ఉండటం ప్రమాదకరం. అలా చేస్తే మరింత మంది బాధితులవుతారు. కోట్లాది రూపాయలు పోగొట్టుకుంటారు. మోసపూరిత మల్టీ లెవల్‌ మార్కెటింగ్‌ సంస్థలపై ధైర్యంగా ముందుకు వచ్చి లా ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్‌ ఏజెన్సీస్‌ కు ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలి.

Instances of #QNET fraud persisting in the country have come to light. Recently, Telangana Police apprehended three individuals, including Rajesh Kanna, the primary culprit, involved in fraudulent practices under the guise of QNET Multilevel Marketing. In the unfortunate incident at Swapna Lok, six innocent young individuals lost their lives due to the malicious actions of the deceitful organization, QNET. It is imperative for law enforcement agencies to not only apprehend the organizers but also the agents involved in this case. A comprehensive investigation must be carried out to uncover the fraudulent activities conducted by the QNET company. Swift action should be taken to immediately shut down the organization and seize all its assets. People should exercise caution when dealing with multi-level marketing companies that employ chain-like tactics to deceive and defraud innocent individuals.

దేశంలో క్యూనెట్ అరాచకాలు కొనసాగుతూనే ఉన్నాయి. తాజాగా క్యూనెట్ మల్టీలెవల్ మార్కెటింగ్ పేరుతో మోసం చేస్తున్న ప్రధాన నిందితుడు రాజేష్ కన్నాతో సహా ముగ్గురిని తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు అరెస్ట్ చేశారు. స్వప్న లోక్ అగ్నిప్రమాద ఘటనలో దుర్మార్గపు సంస్థ క్యూనెట్ ఆరుగురు అమాయకపు యువకులను పొట్టనబెట్టుకుంది. ఈ వ్యవహారంలో ఆర్గనైజర్లతో పాటు ఏజెంట్లనూ లా ఎన్ ఫోర్స్ మెంట్ ఏజెన్సీస్ అరెస్ట్ చేయాలి. మోసపూరిత క్యూనెట్ కంపెనీ కార్యకలపాలపై సమగ్ర విచారణ జరపాలి. ఆ సంస్థను తక్షణం మూసివేసి ఆస్తులన్నీ జప్తు చేయాలి. గొలుసు కట్టు పద్ధతిలో అమాయకులను టార్గెట్ చేసుకుని..మోసం చేస్తున్న మల్టీ లెవల్ మార్కెటింగ్ సంస్థల పట్ల ప్రజలు జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలి.

Central Crime Station of @hydcitypolice has detected two Multi-level Marketing Scams and arrested 3 persons. In both scams ,QNet & E-stores, the accused lured the victims with the promise of high rate of returns.

MO: Super market franchises, selling products at exorbitant prices, Pyramid schemes etc.,

Our teams were able to freeze Rs 60.5 crores in banks and by following due procedure we will ensure the victims get the refund at the earliest.
