@fibrusbroadband broadband outage since approx 3pm yesterday and no update since 4.30pm. I’ve only been a customer for a few months and this is another disappointing service.

@fibrusbroadband I did that 90 min ago and the poor guy on customer service had no information to go by other than confirming what I already know - broadband is down. Not his fault, there’s clearly a complete lack of communication in the organisation making for very poor customer experience.
