If I were starting Web3 again today, I'd do one thing differently: focus sooner.

Early on, I tried to be everywhere and do everything. Looking back, the biggest growth came when I picked a lane, built in public, and focused on solving real problems instead of chasing every new trend.

A few lessons I'd apply from Day 1:

• Find your niche and go deep

• Build in public consistently

• Solve real problems, not just follow hype

• Invest in community and relationships

• Think like an owner, not just a participant
