I’ve heard such good things about the customer service @subaru_usa @SubaruCustCare. I’m so disappointed with the lack of support and acknowledgement by our “customer advocate”. After a decade of Subaru ownership in Colorado, I’m questioning my loyalty. 😕

@alextwenzel Gross. And does not surprise me coming from any UC. I was a grad student at UCLA when they hiked the “fees” (Cuz tuition is free 😂 😭 🤣😜🤪😑) ~30% mid-year in 2010. I’d be shocked if they ever did the right thing- like stood by faculty, staff, and/or students. Solidarity ✊🏽
