@EricDLombardi Rewarding failure. Prices of property go up near core/transit when you can't rely on traveling 10km in 1 hour by car. More bureaucratic positions get created to solve the problem. These of course are an oxymoron. No one is going to work themselves out of those cushy jobs.

Buy making traffic worse, the worst gets rewarded. Worse traffic, property values increase closer to the core/near transit. Worse traffic, more pay for 407. Worse traffic, more cushy government bureaucratic positions opened to solve the problem. Failure is rewarded. Toronto is trash
