@amazon, i am now locked out of my audible, my kindle, fire tv, everything. I have had an audible subscription since before they were acquired by Amazon. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I have seen other people posting the text of the email they got to restore their accounts and they are asking for some pretty sensitive information (like your credit card statement if your payment method was your cc) talk about losing customers
