@oligogirl The company shut down before they even did the analysis on the secondary endpoints. I am really disappointed in them for this. It’s a crummy move. They could have at least waited until those analysis were done so everyone had complete picture.

@oligogirl The primary endpoint was not met because they picked the wrong endpoint. The drug does work in Duchenne and it works very well in the heart and lungs. The original 21 those who remained in the study are better today than they were when they started the drug. I’m one of the 21

@salinaro17 My son Tanner has been on Pamrevlumab now for almost 3 years I encourage anyone non ambulatory with Duchenne MD to screen for the trial. He is doing well in heart and lung function and we actually have veins again. I’m so grateful for Pamrevlumab. Before and now pic

I love my son and I wanted him to have a life again. Tanner has Duchenne MD and cant move his body. I had to come up with something that he could use for the toilet, shower, pool and so many other things. I want all with disabilities to live again I’m so proud of our Perfect Lift
