Don’t let the work ethic of others effect you, but always be that lifting partner/ teammate that doesn’t allow anything but the best and find someone who will do the same to you. Full depth squats, no skipping reps, load that bar up.
A proper warm-up is the most under-rated part of lifting heavy. I choose to warm up in a lepricon hat because the bars and plates are going to need all the luck they can get when I step in the room.
The best accountability isn’t between player/coach or player/player but it’s you/you… being able to hold your self accountable creates endless possibilities for your future in what ever you decide to do. Self driven over pushed
If you truly care about some one don’t be a afraid to tell them what they need to hear vs. what they want to hear. Those who are easily offended will never reach their potential. Set the bar high for yourself and those you care about. Don’t be afraid to improve.
