@amazon - not allowing reviews because it was a service, not a product, issue is like saying someone can only complain about the food, not the service, at a restaurant. A customer pays for the WHOLE experience. Do better, Amazon. #amazonfail

@amazon - scam! Ordered a Christmas tree and got “free” Alexa products. Tree shopping was delayed and delayed and now cancelled. I got a partial refund for the tree and Amazon charged me for the Alexa products I didn’t need. That’s a sh*try way to sell your products! #amazonscam

@JFKairport - what caused today’s Airtrain backup? The trains were only running every 10 min and we were packed like sardines to Jamaica. There were hordes going to JFK which created a traffic jam. This was at 3 pm today. The guy working the Omny/Metro card readers was a hero!

And here we go again. After Saturday’s delay and weather/air traffic control issues, today’s flt is already delayed 2 1/2 hrs because of “crew” issues. My AA miles feel like a burden instead of a benefit. @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir Seriously? A flt two days later and u can’t even keep my checked bag? I’m shocked that thieves haven’t figured out that bags are just piled up in baggage claim after flts are cancelled.

Don’t bother paying for early bird on @SouthwestAir. We checked in on the dot and still got B 44 and 45. Waste of $!
