Sad but not surprising seeing a lot of the usual fragile masculinity responses to God of War Laufey. It looks gorgeous, and I'd love to play it. Probably won't unless Sony backpedal on the PC exit, but looks good fun to me

Playing Clover Pit, why do roguelike devs like putting massive uncontrollable fail states in heavily RNG games. Getting a 666 and losing a mountain of progress just because lol RNG is not even remotely fun.

I enjoyed Rayman Legends, but not sure it needs a re-release. It was one of those games that had an eternal art style so the original holds up perfectly fine today in 4K etc. Not sure what a re-release could realistically add.

Honestly, Modern Warfare 4 campaign looks interesting enough. Just a shame it'll probably be like 2-3 hours long and bolted onto a £70 price tag with the rest of the content. Standalone releases of the CoD campaigns would be so nice, even if extremely unlikely.

God the money I would be spending on Pokémon cards if I had no limits. I'd love to just go nuts on master sets of everything, an entire room just full of folders.

It's hard to be excited for GTA 6 when I feel like not having a PS5 Pro will just mean a reasonably gimped version because Rockstar are living in the past and don't like PC gaming. I'd probably still get it for PS5, but I can imagine the performance mode etc already.

Local shop has Chaos Rising Pokémon cards but I guess they're savvy to the demand because they're asking £6 a pack. Which by some standards isn't awful, but it's still ass compared to the appropriate £3.99.

Played a bit of Luna Abyss via Game Pass and it's intriguing but holy the lighting and visual direction has left me with a massive headache. Not for any fault of the game, it's definitely atmospheric, just my head hasn't responded well to it

Took many years, but my PC achievements took over Xbox recently. I used to be insane for achievements back in the 360 era but they massively faded when I jumped to PC for 99% of stuff.
