South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster will announce his Senate appointment to succeed late Sen. Lindsey Graham, as President Trump recommends Graham's sister Darline to service as interim.

Fox is told that McMaster’s appointment to Graham’s seat will be a caretaker and not someone who will run for the full-term, making Graham's sister a real possibility.

Graham passed away at 71 over the weekend after "brief and sudden illness," his office announced.
