@JonTf_ Prepare for dementia later in life. As well as always performing worse cognitively along the way. Sleep is SUPER important. If it's something you can control it's one of the biggest and most important things you can change. Equal in importance to exercise.
Are you still doing some kind of "wrist warmup?" How about you try this ADVANCED one from TomahawkCole and actually get bullet proof wrists instead.

Know anybody with cubital tunnel syndrome? Somehow the first results on google are actually TERRIBLE (just rest, take nsaids). So here is some actually good advice.
If something is starting to hurt, pay attention and take care of it. Spending another 4 hours today could cost you months in the future. If it doesn't get better talk to a PT, we will most likely know how to fix it.
The best way to win is to do whatever works best for you at your current level. The best way to improve is to get better at what you're bad at. Notice how those aren't the same.
@Parsinvita1 I'm a PT. Braces are not great for support or preventatives. Only recommend if they prevent pain during an active injury, with the goal of using it less and less. The number 1 BEST by far preventatives are exercises that weight bear through your wrist. #2: stretching.
People really think of sens wrong. It's not some magic number that'll make you good or bad. It's like gears on a bike. Use the 1st gear to go really fast you'd have to pedal extremely quickly (low sens). Use the 21st gear to go fast will be easy. 1/5
the sens they've chosen. You control your motion, you need to fix the problem with it regardless of sens. I think most likely increases your understanding of aiming and stimulates growth if you are able to switch between sens without much problem. (4/5)
