Think twice before using Shippo ⚠️ My account suddenly became inaccessible despite normal, legitimate use. Terrible customer experience and no meaningful resolution. Based on the experience, would not recommend relying on Shippo, esp for important shipments. #Shippo #Shipping

@shippo I’m documenting recent experience on shippo again. My account was still restricted in error, despite being used for normal legitimate shipping purposes. I asked for log in fix and get email reply not able to provide additional details reasoning on this matter?

Hi @shippo , my account appears to have been restricted in error. That’s confusing I’ve only used Shippo for legitimate personal shipments and have not violated your policies. Could you help fix this ? Thx Please escalate for a fresh review.
