🚨 A white police officer was caught on video beating a young Black child who was already on the ground.

The officer is seen kneeling over the kid and repeatedly punching him while the child begs “Stop, bro.” The boy is clearly not fighting back, yet this piece of shit keeps hitting him like he’s enjoying every second of it.

This is what happens when racist cops are allowed to treat Black children like animals and get away with it. Disgusting.

Paramount Skydance chief David Ellison and his dad Larry Ellison have been sued by a Paramount shareholder who alleges they cut an “illegal” deal with Donald Trump to secure U.S. governmental approval for the takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery.

Per the lawsuit, the Ellisons’ side deal with Trump included “the opportunity to improperly funnel cash” to to the president by settling his legal claims against the CNN, as well as the alleged firing of CNN anchors whom Trump does not like.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were filmed assaulting, handcuffing, and kidnapping a U.S. citizen in Passaic, New Jersey… while refusing to even look at the ID he repeatedly begged them to check.

A man is pleading with federal agents to verify who he is…

And they refused.

Instead, one agent says, “We need to get him on the ground,” puts him in a chokehold, throws him to the ground, and multiple agents pile on top of him before handcuffing him, and throwing him into their vehicle.

Under the Fourth Amendment, the government cannot arrest, or seize someone, without probable cause that they have committed, are committing, or are about to commit an offense that authorizes the arrest.

U.S. citizens are also not required to carry identification unless they’re driving a motorized vehicle.

And if federal agents are refusing to verify someone’s identity before arresting them, then they are openly ignoring the constitution.

Which should terrify every American.

Because that means no one is safe from being kidnapped by the government… and disappeared.

Every agent involved should be publicly identified, and DHS should be forced to explain why they believed they had the legal authority to seize someone, while refusing to verify who he was.

This cannot become normal.

The shootings in Maine and Houston reveal a huge problem for DHS, Tom Homan, and Republicans like Susan Collins who decided to give ICE another $70 billion with no guardrails. They couldn’t even get the right guy?

Very little is agreed on in DC except the need for agents to wear cameras and no one was in either shooting. Just shameful.

His name was Joan Sebastian Guerrero. He was only 26-years-old when Trump's Gestapo ICE Nazis shot him dead in his car. Guerrero's 3-year-old daughter — who was wearing Bluey pajamas and a small backpack — was right there and stood crying in the street during the gunfire. His wife was also present and fell to her knees next to their daughter, letting out what neighbors described as an "agonizing howl".

Not surprisingly, ICE were not wearing body cameras.

Last year, he shot a woman 5 times in Chicago!

ICE killed a 26-year-old Colombian man in Biddeford, Maine.

He was legally authorized to work in the U.S. and had a Social Security number. His wife and 3-year-old daughter were in the car when ICE fired at least five shots into the vehicle.

He was not the person ICE was looking for.

An eyewitness says an SUV struck his vehicle before the shooting and heard him say, “I tried to stop.”

The ICE agents involved were not wearing body cameras.

That is why identification, body cameras, transparency and accountability matter.
