Put your phone on aeroplane mode. Say nice things to yourself, talk to your friends. Really talk, tell them how you feel. Get outside. Look up, look down, take it all in. Say nice things to yourself and remember that nothing is so big that i can't be fixed.๐

The silence around men's mental health is dangerous. The stigma that men don't suffer with these things needs to end. And when they do, we need to stop making them feel "unmanly" and telling them to "man up".ย
