@MarlboroFoils @lliveandalive 100% this, I’ve been working in a factory for the UAW for 15 years now. Starting wage is 26 and some change. Fully paid for benefit package. Top out is around 42 an hour. The work is kinda rough and it’s a lot of 6 day work weeks, but I can live comfortably.
