@united The boarding process for flight UA2328 was very disorganised. If you are not boarding customers by group number, why bother? Your reps just allowed Group 2 and higher to board before Group 1 @ EWR Gate A28. 🤔

Dear @EWRairport I love Terminal A! Hope the new Terminal C has the same blueprint. I love the close proximity to shops/food by the gates & the amount of bathroom locations and (female) stalls !!! 🙌🏽

PS: Why are there no designated United priority TSA lines Terminal A?
