@cenbank and @ZenithBank needs to address this. Because it doesn't make sense, if not a conscious attempt to cause frustration or enable criminality, where with respect to an LOA, a hand written letter is preferred to a duly sworn Nomination/Consent court affidavit by a NOK.

@JonathanOnche I have never given the idea any deep thought. Because I assumed the privileged individuals wheeling the idea have there a brilliant proposition. But just having read Kunle Lawal's article. It is very clear to me the reserved seat idea is a devaluer.
